Before applying to a role you love the look of, you must let your manager know
It is possible that the interviewing manager will obtain at least one internal reference during the process
The same selection tools will be applied to candidates internally and externally
Where possible, we will aim to arrange for your interview to be in person but where this isn't possible or we want to keep things moving promptly for you we can arrange for interviews to take place virtually
Most of the time you will need to relocate at your own expense, if applying from another country, speak to your recruiter & HRBP to discuss mobility options/eligibility
